为保证我校2020年度上半年来华留学研究生学位论文评审、答辩工作的顺利进行，现将有关事项通知如下：

来华留学硕、博士研究生学位电子版的格式按《来华留学研究生学位论文写作及打印规范》等管理规定要求执行，具体请查看：http://www.gs.tyut.edu.cn/info/1039/2587.htm。

（一）学位论文查重

1、中文撰写毕业论文的来华留学毕业生

研究生学位论文查重由各培养单位负责，查重规定和流程请参照相关通知：http://www.gs.tyut.edu.cn/info/1044/2596.htm。

2、英文撰写毕业论文的来华留学毕业生

英文撰写毕业论文的来华留学毕业生申请硕士、博士学位的学生毕业论文需通过“Turnitin”的查重审核。

查重流程：请各位来华留学毕业生将学位论文发送到国际教育交流学院班主任处。学位论文请以word版格式发送，格式不符合要求的不予受理。论文命名：学号+中文姓名+专业名称。

时间要求：4月15-18日期间电子邮件发送至国教学院班主任。

（二）学位论文评审

研究生学位论文评审由各培养单位负责，相关规定和流程请参照相关通知：http://www.gs.tyut.edu.cn/info/1044/2596.htm。

（三）学位论文答辩

研究生学位论文答辩由各培养单位负责，答辩费用（论文评审和答辩）包括在已划拨的培养经费中。相关规定和流程请参照相关通知：http://www.gs.tyut.edu.cn/info/1044/2596.htm。

Arrangement of dissertations check, review and defense of international graduate students in TYUT,2020  

International Graduates:

In order to ensure the progress of the dissertations check,review and defense in this semester of 2020, we hereby notify the following matters:

The dissertations should be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the specification for writing and printing of  international graduate students dissertations in TYUT. For details, please go to: http://www.gs.tyut.edu.cn/info/1039/2587.htm.

(一) Dissertations Check

.For dissertations in Chinese:

The College  is responsible for the check of repetition. Please go to  http://www.gs.tyut.edu.cn/info/1044/2596.htm for more details。

2. For dissertations in English:

All dissertations will be required to pass a "Turnitin" inspection for repetition.

Checking process: International graduate students who plan to apply for a degree in the summer should send  the word document of your dissertation to the head teacher of CIEE for collection, titled by“student ID number + Chinese name + Major”.

Collecting : From April 15 to 18, email to the head teacher of CIEE.

Notice: Those who misses the deadline will not be able to participate in the graduation defense on time, and will have to bear the consequences.

(二) Dissertations Review

College is responsible for the dissertations review of postgraduate dissertation. Please refer to the relevant notice for more details:
